These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vaqeltryn platform and website, operated by Vaqeltryn Pty Ltd ("Vaqeltryn", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform.

Vaqeltryn may, at its sole discretion, decline, suspend, or revoke platform access at any time without prior notice. We are not required to provide reasons for any access decision.

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the platform's security, access controls, or technical measures.

  • Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission from Vaqeltryn.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and documentation associated with the Vaqeltryn platform and website is the intellectual property of Vaqeltryn Pty Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in that intellectual property except the limited right to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

5. Platform Outputs

The Vaqeltryn platform provides automated analysis outputs and structured insights based on available data. These outputs are provided as digital tools to support your own review and are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Vaqeltryn makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any platform output.

You are solely responsible for how you use, interpret, and act on platform outputs. Vaqeltryn does not warrant any specific result from the use of platform outputs.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Vaqeltryn platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vaqeltryn disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended or discontinued at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vaqeltryn Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Vaqeltryn has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

In no event shall Vaqeltryn's total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid (if any) to access the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
